Who can attend EPS?
EPS is open to everyone working in live event production, music, sport and culture. That includes:
- Event producers and production managers
- Technical and AV professionals
- Venue and site teams
- Agencies working across sport, culture and live events
- Festival and touring teams
- Event owners and promoters
Can suppliers attend EPS?
Yes. EPS welcomes suppliers as visitors, as long as your work sits within sporting, cultural or live events production. No pass purchase required.
Can students attend Event Production Show?
Yes, through our student programme. We're partnering with AEME to deliver this in 2027. We'll work directly with your university to confirm which institutions take part.
You'll hear by January if you're confirmed on the programme. Students can only attend on Day 2.
The student registration form isn't live yet. Please don't register via the general form above. Student applications submitted through the general form will be rejected. Speak to your university or AEME for the right route in.
