About the Event Production Show

ABOUT US

Dedicated to the live event industry, the Event Production Show (EPS) is the longest-running event designed for all event professionals involved in running outdoor and live events; including festivals, sport, corporate and brand experiences, local authority events and stadium/arena tours.

EPS helps solve the issues that affect all types of events across the globe including sustainability, crowd management and safety, creativity and attendee experience, the supply chain, diversity and technology and every other challenge that promoters and organisers face everyday.

The 2025 Event Production Show will return to ExceL London on the 26th and 27th of February 2025.

The Event Production Show is co-located with International Confex and the PA Show.

Your visitor badge grants you access to all shows, enabling you to benefit from additional content and networking opportunities. There is a synergy between the shows which makes the co-location an extremely beneficial one for delegates and exhibitors as it increases the networking possibilities.

With three shows sharing one hall, you're free to explore the different corners of the industry all in one day. Look for signs that guide you through these shows and look out for carpet colour changes to navigate through the theatres, stands, and networking areas.
