The Event Production Show 2024 will take place at ExCeL London, the first UK venue of its kind to be certified carbon neutral, achieving the internationally recognised PAS 2060 status.You can read more about the sustainability efforts of the ExCel here.

Lanyard

We will be using eco-friendly lanyards made from materials, such as bamboo, with bins clearly positioned to encourage recycling.

Signage

We will be using digital signage to share information with attendees. Printed signage was recycled.

On Site Materials / Suppliers

There will be no printed show guides or floor plans on site. Instead, our attendees will be provided with all the show information via the EPS24 app. Where possible, we will utilise local suppliers to help us put the show together.

Recycling/ Reducing Plastic Waste

Recycling points will be available around the venue. Additionally, we’ll encourage use of refill stations located around ExCeL to reduce plastic waste.

Key Partnerships

Thanks to the joint effort of our sustainable partners You.Smart.Thing and ecolibrium, we managed to significantly reduce travel emissions across all conference delegates. Overall, only 6% of attendees planned driving-only journeys - an outstanding achievement for a B2B event. We’re planning to extend this partnership into 2024.
