Will is Senior Event Producer at We Are Placemaking – the creative production agency
animating spaces through live events to deliver world-class experiences for customers
and communities.
As Senior Event Producer, Will supports clients through the entire event process. This
includes the initial planning and feasibility stages, concept curation and development,
programming, event production, and management.
Will’s expertise has seen him lead the team in delivering a vast range of events. Recent
highlights include producing just the official Team GB Olympic Fanzones in Grosvenor
Square – one of only nine that were created across the UK. He has also produced the
Uzbek Culture and Food Festival on behalf of OshPaz and the Uzbekistan Government,
bringing a taste of Uzbekistan to Central London, for three consecutive years.
Previous experience managing and coordinating retail, graphic design and film events,
as well as in performance production across the dance and drag scene, means Will is
always brimming with creative ideas to bring any placemaking project to life.
