Sanaa has over fifteen years experience supporting grassroots organisations and community groups across London to strengthen their capacity, access long-term funding and scale their impact. Since joining London Marathon Events she has developed the community engagement strategy, building pathways for people of all backgrounds and abilities to be able to access sport and physical activity that is inclusive, accessible and where appropriate, competitive. She is currently the Event Lead for the Big Half, the UK's most diverse and vibrant half-marathon, which has transformed the mass participation experience for thousands of people.
