Co-Founder & Operations Director at GemFest, a boutique festival in it's 3rd year dubbed as 'the world's biggest birthday party'. I oversee end-to-end festival planning, financial budgeting and forecasting, licensing and site planning, production of key operational documentation, and full logistics coordination - leading live event operations whilst on site. I am also Operations Director at PullUp Recordings, working across our regular club night events, record label, talent agency and clothing production - embedding structure, scalability and efficiency across the organisation.
