As Senior Production Director at independent festival production company The Fair, Millie heads up The Fair’s festival and placemaking department and oversees all aspects of production and operations for a wide range of live events, including supplier procurement, budget management, CAD design, technical production, crowd management and event operations.

Her qualifications include Auto Cad, Safety for Managers Level 3, Crowd Dynamics and Modelling, show stop procedure.

Millie has led the team managing production and operations of events including Eastern Electrics, Labyrinth on The Thames, Boiler Room: London, Boiler Room: Miami, On the Mount at Wasing, and Jazz Café Festival. With over a decade of experience under her belt, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding Safety Advisory Groups, local authority liaison and stakeholder engagement.

Millie has shared her insight while chairing or participating in panels at a wide range of networking events, including AIF’s Festival Congress, Un-Convention, NTIA’s Night Time Economy Summit and the Event Production Show.
