Luke Mitchell is the Co-founder and Senior Creative of Boomtown Fair. He launched the festival in 2009 with his business partner and has played a central role in shaping its creative vision ever since. What began as a few thousand people gathering in a field has grown into one of the most ambitious, ground-breaking, and forward-thinking festival experiences in the world, known for its immersive environments, storytelling, and bold approach to live culture.

Alongside his work at Boomtown, Luke is also the co-founder of Wake The Tiger, an all-year-round immersive experience that expands on Boomtown’s distinctive creative identity. Through both projects, his work focuses on world-building, collaboration, and creating experiences that invite audiences to actively explore, participate, and lose themselves in something unexpected.
