Liberty started her journey at The Fair and gaining a vast majority of experience along the way, working her way up from Production Assistant to Coordinator and now delivering significant cultural events in the UK and US as Production Manager. Liberty leads the coordination of site and technical teams, taking responsibility for planning, scheduling and delivery through to post-event evaluation.

Eastern Electrics, Maiden Voyage and Jazz Café Festival are just some of the festivals that Liberty has delivered while working at The Fair, as well as events in the US including Boiler Room: Miami.

Named as one to watch under Access All Areas ’30 under 30’ scheme in 2025, Liberty is a passionate member of the live events community with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of festivals.
