As Production Manager at independent festival production company The Fair, Liberty
produces some of the most anticipated independent events in the UK and beyond.
Recent highlights include Boiler Room in London and Miami, Eastern Electrics and
Maiden Voyage, and the first ever Jazz Café Festival.
Liberty’s role includes (but is certainly not limited to) budget management, project
mapping, venue finding, supplier contracting, site build and production (both creative
and technical) – from procurement and scheduling to final delivery and evaluation.
As a keen music and festival enthusiast – who spent many years admiring festival builds
and comparing them to mini towns while recognising the effort involved – Liberty injects
her passion for the industry into every project she takes on.
Her impressive contributions to the event industry earned her a spot on Access All
Areas’ ‘30 Under 30’ list in 2025, celebrating her as one of the industry’s exceptional
young talents
