Kate Goodrum is an Account Manager, freelance event professional and DJ. After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Land Economy, Kate started a career in finance but soon felt burnt out and unfulfilled. She spent her weekends and holidays doing freelance event work at festivals and shows, eventually leaving the trading floor to pursue the music and live events industry full-time.

After completing a Kickstarter scheme at Keep Hush, she joined the team at DICE, where she was promoted to Account Manager within 10 months. Outside of work, she volunteers for the Roundhouse Youth Advisory Board, influencing the venue's programming for young people aged 11-30, and is an occasional DJ and radio producer.
