With roles varying across theatre, events, marketing and health and safety management Ian has a sound understanding of audience perception and busy performance environments. With 25 years’ experience, Ian has honed his project management skills and timeline planning. Ian’s drive is to continue to drive advances in the industry focussing on safe standards and reducing regional inconsistency.

Ian is now in post as the Outdoor Events Development Manager for Brighton and Hove City Council and serves on the LAEOG committee, who he represents as a director of the EIF.
