Grace Noest

Vice President of Strategy and Engagement, LS Events

With over 25 years of experience in the sports, entertainment, sponsorship, and events sector, I've dedicated my career to orchestrating high-profile, large-scale projects that leave a lasting impact. My journey began in international sports sponsorship and events at Craigie Taylor International, where I spent seven years working on numerous high-profile global programs and projects including the Volvo Ocean Race, the GBR Challenge for the America’s Cup, Vodafone's sponsorship of The Epsom Derby, and Famous Grouse's sponsorship of the Scotland Rugby Team and The Open Golf.
My passion for creating unforgettable moments in a global setting led me to De Beers Group, where I had a direct hand in shaping the global marketing plan across 35 different markets. I focused on delivering a wide range of strategic luxury events and campaigns across the world and led a team that set a new standard for luxury brand execution and experience, while ensuring the confidence and quality of the overall diamond industry were upheld.
I then joined SEL UK in March 2015 as the Event Director for this international sports and entertainment agency. My proudest professional achievement was leading the creation, planning, and delivery of The Patron's Lunch, a national celebration for Her Majesty The Queen’s 90th Birthday. This event included a 'street party' for 10,000 guests, a magical parade celebrating nine decades of her life, and the first-ever full Royal Family 'walkabout' on The Mall, all broadcast live on the BBC and across the world.
I joined the Senior Leadership team at LS Events in 2019, where as Projects Director and now Vice President of Strategy and Engagement, I've had the immense privilege of driving some of the most significant events in recent history. This includes Operation LONDON Bridge—the funeral of Her Late Majesty The Queen in September 2022, from planning to delivery. I've also led on other major events like Pride in London, EUROS 2020 (2021) Fan Zones, the UEFA Champions League Final London 2024 Fan Zones and Champions Festival, and the Formula E London Fan Village.
My expertise lies in developing close stakeholder and client relationships and executing multi-faceted, complex, high-stakes projects with precision and strong communication. I also ensure the strategic vision and culture we've set within the business drive growth, attract the best talent, and above all, promote a deep passion for what we do.
