As Senior Production Manager at independent festival production company The Fair, Cornelia
oversees client relationships, budgets, and contractors while managing the design and
execution of site plans – from procurement and scheduling to final delivery and evaluation. Her
role also involves liaising with Safety Advisory Groups (SAGs) and ensuring smooth and safe
event operations.
Cornelia’s expertise has seen her lead the team in delivering shows both here and overseas.
This year, highlights included the largest’s Talent Acquisition festival in the world, RecFest UK,
the sister festival in Nashville, RecFest USA, and live concert series, On The Mount at Wasing.
She also supported The Fair and sister agency We Are OPS with live asset mapping services to
support the delivery of Notting Hill Carnival.
Cornelia has shared her insight while chairing or participating in panels at a wide range of
networking events, including The Event Production Show in London and NTIA’s Night Time
Economy Summit in Birmingham.
Cornelia’s impressive contributions to the event industry earned her a spot on Access All Areas’
‘30 Under 30’ list in 2023, celebrating her as one of the industry’s exceptional young talents.
