We exist to solve industry-wide challenges by bringing people together. Supporting freelancers, encouraging better working practices, and helping events retain skilled, experienced staff who return time and time again.

Through strategic partnerships with organisers, providers and industry bodies, we work towards a more sustainable, fairer and people-centred way of delivering events.

We provide practical support through discounted courses, shared resources and learning opportunities designed around the real-life needs of event freelancers.

Recently, we launched our free mentoring pilot programme, matching experience with curiosity and helping people navigate an industry that doesn’t always come with a handbook.

We collect data and feedback from event professionals and freelancers on the realities of working in events: pay, conditions, treatment, culture - and feed that insight back into the industry where it actually matters.
