It was a natural progression for Kingfisher to create a selection of Training Courses that our own team attend and we have decided to open them to the wider industry.

Our training courses have been created to enhance the skills your security personnel bring to the role. We share our experience, values and industry guidelines to the attendees.

One of the most important aspects of building an effective and trustworthy security team is to have the right training regime. A security team must be able to gain an organisation’s wider trust by constantly performing as expected and making everybody feel safe and secure. Constant training and testing is the most effective solution to build a security culture and Kingfisher can deliver a range of training for your staff to achieve this.

Our courses help the individual by improving employee engagement and encouraging motivation. We are there as a sounding board to give advice on queries people may have who are new to the industry as well as support if someone has experienced a new scenario that they haven’t encountered before.
