Front of House

Front of house or concierge security perform several critical roles in a business or hospitality venue.

They are there to welcome visitors and greet staff when they arrive, helping them with anything they may need. They also provide peace of mind so that employees in the building or guests feel safe and secure. They also provide a warning to intruders or vandals looking to damage the property or its contents, to let them know security is taken seriously within the organisation.

As well as providing security, a concierge or reception security team member will provide a friendly and professional welcome.
