Overview Raiden Electric manufactures a versatile range of cable cleats designed to withstand the mechanical forces of short circuits and harsh environmental conditions. From lightweight single-bolt cleats for general wiring to heavy-duty aluminium trefoil cleats for high-voltage transmission, our products ensure safety and system integrity. Engineered for durability, they resist UV radiation, chemicals, oils, and extreme temperatures ranging from -60°C to +120°C (Aluminium).

Product Variants

  • Polyethylene Single Bolt Cleats: Made from Black LLDPE, these are cost-effective, UV-resistant, and unaffected by corrosive environments. Ideal for standard installations with cable diameters from 9mm to 52mm.

  • Polypropylene Double Bolt Cleats: Stronger retention for larger cables (46mm to 120mm). Features a two-bolt design for added stability in industrial settings.

  • Aluminium Trefoil Cleats (Single & Double Bolt): Manufactured from high-grade Aluminium Alloy (LM6). Specifically designed for installing three single-core cables in a trefoil formation. Essential for protecting against high short-circuit faults and suitable for all cable routes.
