World Cheese Awards judge Mathew Carver founded The Cheese Truck in 2014. Along with his converted 1970s ice cream van, Archie, Mathew set out on a mission to celebrate and promote the best of British cheese by making the most irresistible grilled cheese sandwiches in London. He has since traded at over 100 of the UK’s biggest and best events from Glastonbury to Secret Garden Party and everything in-between. He’s since gone on to open 3 restaurants in London and a cheese shop called Funk.
