UNITING THE LIVE EVENTS INDUSTRY

Originally due to run at ExCeL at the beginning of March, The Event Production Show (EPS) will now take place outdoors with marquees at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre on 26-27 May 2021.

EPS is the longest-running event designed for all event professionals involved in running outdoor events; including festivals, sporting events, corporate and brand experiences, local authority events and stadium/arena tours.

The Event Production Show was created to support the live events community and never has it needed that support more than it does now. That is why we are going to do everything we can to run this event in May, in line with the buying cycle for the summer of events, so we can support the supply chain.

The event is brought to you in collaboration with Access All Areas magazine.

VISIT

The Event Production Show for the community in March is more than about just bringing the people together for its usual dose of networking and education. It will be about making a stand and showing the government how events can still run safely with as little impact on the R number as going to the supermarket, or an airport.

We will be hosting the event outdoors, but come rain or shine we have to unite and we’ll be calling on all of you to make a stand with us.

EPS is an essential date to support the supply chain and to kick start trade again. Organisers will need to research the supplier landscape now more than ever.

  • I signed off five new clients off the back of the Event Production Show. Since the end of the show Le Mark have closed off business with a number of different clients for our consumables and flooring ranges, which more than paid for our presence at the exhibition, making it an integral part of our marketing plans going forward.

  • The go-to event for anyone involved in organising a large event. A huge range of event knowledge and suppliers under one roof.

  • As a first-time exhibitor, making the investment to exhibit at the Event Production Show was a tricky decision for us. However, the communication we had from Mash Media was very positive, the one-to-one support extremely helpful and the organisation of the show exceptional. The range of exhibitors was substantial and the quantity and quality of the visitors that the show attracted suited us perfectly. We made some great connections with exhibitors and attendees that should prove very beneficial. We are glad we took the leap to exhibit at the show and will definitely be there again.

  • The Event Production show is a key date in any event planner's calendar. It is a great opportunity to network with existing suppliers, meet new ones and see how the industry is pushing forwards. Look forward to seeing the 2021 event.

A NEW OUTDOOR VENUE

The home of pioneering spirit, Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre is located at the birthplace of British aviation and draws heavily on this association.

Looking out over a private airfield where the first powered flight once took place, and in easy reach of the UK’s aerospace, science and technology heartland, the venue is an exciting destination for organisations that have a focus on innovation and ingenuity.

From the jet engine, the designs for Concorde, high altitude space suits, night vision aids, carbon fibre, and even heads-up cockpit displays: it has all happened in Farnborough. We have taken this heritage and made it integral to our 20,000sqm venue so that events of all types can take inspiration from the world-class innovation that has shaped air travel.

With a 12,500sqm exhibition hall and nine additional conference spaces, Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre hosts events of all sizes; from small meetings through to major exhibitions.

Located just 35-minutes by train from central London, 10 minutes from the M3, and 30-minutes from Heathrow, travelling here is easy; and while we’re in close proximity to London and Southampton, we benefit from acres of outdoor space including parking for 3,000 cars.

As organisers of the Farnborough International Airshow, one of the world’s biggest and most complex trade events, we are one of the UK’s only venues to offer on-site and a collaborative approach to delivering events.

We believe in the power of face-to-face communication and bringing people together in one place, at one time. Looking ahead, the future means living and working with a new set of social practices and behaviours, and so we’re producing plans to help organisers create events that feel safe and comfortable, in line with government advice
