General Information

The Event Production Show is taking place on 1st-2nd February 2012 at The Grand Hall, Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX.
 

Event Production Show is a trade show for business visitors. 
 

Children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted into the exhibition halls during the course of the event for health and safety reasons.

Canvassing for orders for any purpose by any unauthorised person is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and in any such case the organisers' right for expulsion will be exercised.

The distribution or display of printed or other placecards, handbills, circulars or other articles except by exhibitors on their designated stand area is prohibited.

Olympia is easily accessible by public transport.

Kensington Olympia is easily accessible by a regular overground train, with services running from both Clapham Junction, and Stratford.
 

Services from Barking, Watford Junction, Richmond and West Croydon all run through Willesden Junction, where you can change to reach Kensington Olympia.
 

The overground trains run 5 times an hour in each direction.

A number of bus routes pass Olympia: No's 9, 27 alight at Tesco, West Cromwell Road. No's 10, 49 alight at Holland Road. No 28 alights at AddisonGardens, No. 391 alights at North End Road.
